What is the lining made from?
With pipe relining the material used begins as a flexible resin. It needs to be pliable so it can be moulded to the diameter and shape of the pipe that to be repaired.
The flexibility allows the liner to be fed into the pipe with specialised equipment and fixed to the existing wall. It can be formed into any sized pipe and accommodate bends and any changes of shape.
Once in place the resin liner is pressurised so it becomes fixed in the correct position. The resin then becomes hard and as durable as your traditional pipe.
Pipe relining has been proven to be just as effective as the old way of removing and replacing the pipe but without all the mess from digging up gardens and driveways. The fix is also much faster so the workers are in and out as quickly as possible and no excavators are needed.
Always use a professional with the correct equipment and check with past customers to see how the entire process went and if they are happy with the results. This will give you the confidence to go ahead with a solution that really works and saves a whole lot of hassle.
